5 WAYS EXERCISE CAN IMPROVE YOUR HAPPINESS

Tired of feeling down? Stressed about work? Tired of feeling weak? Tired of getting sick?

MOVE

That’s all you have to do!! People make it so hard but really, it’s so easy!!

Here are 5 ways that exercise can make you feel happier!!

1. INCREASED ENERGY

Exercise increases circulation and strengthens your heart muscle which results in higher energy levels!

2. INCREASED SELF ESTEEM

Exercise releases endorphins which makes you feel goooooooooooooood! and when you feel good it increases your confidence – plus while you’re in the gym working on getting that body fit! you will automatically have better self esteem and feel a sense of accomplishment!

3. MENTAL STRENGTH

Exercise will increase your mental strength. If you want to make that last set you gain a better tolerance of pain! You increase your positive self talk in order to make that set “KEEP GOING! YOU CAN DO THIS”

You start counting the reps when you start to feel pain!

4. STRESS REDUCTION

Everyone has stress in their life, it’s normal! but if you want to stay sane you need to get some physical activity a couple of times a week – as mentioned above, exercise releases endorphins which makes you happy!

5. BETTER IMMUNE SYSTEM

Who loves staying healthy and not getting sick?! I DO!! and so should you! Exercise improves your immunity by circulating white blood cells through your system which fights diseases off!
